Recruitment Account Manager

Absolute Recruitment in Milton Keynes are looking for an Account Manager to join the team!


It's an exciting time to join our business as we look to grow our team in Milton Keynes with an Account Manager.

This is a true Account Manager position with no external business development responsibilities as this supports our strategic customers and accounts.  We have a fantastic portfolio of clients from FTSE listed clients right through to SME customers. This keeps things interesting as no two vacancies are ever the same!

By nature you will be a fantastic communicator, you will have exceptional rapport building skills and really enjoy becoming a trusted extension to our customers.  Taking an inquisitive approach to learn more about customers and candidates will mean you build a wealth of market knowledge and become a true subject matter expert that translates in to first class service delivery.

You're approach to candidate relationships will also be exceptional. You will be managing vacancies from executive appointments through to entry level roles. This will require you to adapt to your audience, built trust and credibility from the outset and, demonstrate first class listening skills to truly understand your customers and candidates needs.

Previously you may have worked agency side supporting volume accounts, or, you may have worked in internal talent acquisition/recruitment positions.  Its this experience where you have built first class stakeholder management experience and have a real passion for being considered as the best in class recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Previous experience as an agency side Recruitment Account Manager/Consultant/Resourcer, or, Internal Talent Acquisition

  • Exceptional communication experience and an expert listener

  • Building rapport over the phone, via email and in person will be a key part to this role

  • A passion for first class client and candidate service delivery

  • You'll be a Boolean and LinkedIn wizard, ideally having used Sales Navigator extensively

  • Build client relationships that take a horizontal view of the business to promote key services and divisions

  • Experience working to SLA's

  • Relationship and solution focussed with a consultative approach
